Welcome to sandbaycamps.ca (the “Site”), owned and operated by Sand Bay Camps informally known as “Sand Bay” or “Sand Bay Camp”, a sole proprietorship based in Ontario, Canada (“Sand Bay Camps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If you are booking or inquiring on behalf of a minor (e.g., registering a child for camp), you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and are authorized to act on their behalf.
To protect the privacy of our clients and comply with Canadian privacy regulations, including PIPEDA, we restrict access to our systems and services from outside Canada. If you’re trying to reach us from outside Canada and believe this is in error, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

All bookings, reservations, deposits, and payments for Sand Bay Camps programs are handled directly by phone or email with our team, and are subject to separate terms, waivers, and agreements provided at that time. The Site allows you to submit information through contact forms and to sign up for our newsletter.
